Headwaters Grille

Voted one of the most popular restaurants in Teton Valley, Idaho and open to the public as well as resort guests, the Headwaters Grille is open daily for lunch and dinner year-round.

Relax in the comfortable and casual environment with fantastic views across the golf course. During the summer, enjoy our expansive outdoor patio for dining, during the winter, enjoy a cozy meal or après ski in front of the fireplace. With a fully stocked bar and delightful wine selection, there is certain to be something to please every taste.

Breakfast Lunch & Dinner

Breakfast will be served 7:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. and Lunch 11:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. starting Memorial Day weekend.

Dinner served Wednesday through Saturday 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with bar service beginning at 5:00 p.m.

Sage Gourmet

Enjoy a delicious breakfast or deli-style lunch in the intimate and casual Sage Gourmet. Open daily, in the evenings the Sage serves as great gathering place with a wine bar and snacks. On-Course Deli

Open during the golf season, but a popular stopping place for resort guests staying in the Signature Cabins, this delicatessen serves the needs of the golfers as well as passers-by. In easy walking distance from the cabins, it’s a great place for a sandwich, hot dog, or cold beverage and snacks. Please click here to see the menu.

Pool Deli

Opening the summer of 2009, the Pool Deli offers an expansive menu, not just your typical pool fare. Open daily from July 1 through Labor Day from 12:00 to 8:00 p.m.(weather permitting) members and resort guests can have an evening at the pool, with great food, watching the kids splash and play.
