The Teton Springs Lodge and Spa is an 80 unit condominium hotel located in the resort's village center. The first phase of the lodge which includes 37 one and two-bedroom suites as well as the Stillwaters Spa and Sage Cafe opened in December 2007.
A limited number of suites are currently available for purchase and are priced from $407,000.00. A second phase is planned which will include 43 one and two bedroom suites and additional service amenities.
The Teton Springs Lodge is being developed by RRD Development, LLC, an affiliate of DesLauriers Companies whose recent projects included Teton Mountain Lodge, in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, Burlington Harbor Hotel in Burlington, Vermont, and the Portland Harbor Hotel in Portland, Maine.
